I am a customer at AMP Global Clearing LLC. I am using Sierra Charts Level 1 Package with CQG data feed. I started using Sierra in demo mode for the last years and a bit and went live last month. I am having success using your charting package and all is well but I have noticed a glitch in the my software. It shows me with an open position as well as some closed positions in the "Trade Stats For Charts". Please see the three attached images. The first is in simulated mode and it is blank. The second is in Live mode and you see the results. The third is the Orders and Positions and as you can see I made no trades today.
I contacted AMP help desk yesterday and they had a look and state that I have no open positions on their server and I am flat. However they could not seem to help me with this. I allowed them to take control of my computer and they saw it but could not figure out why this is happening. They told me to wait until today and see if it reset itself and was clear. As you can see it is not.
Due to this problem I am concerned about making any more trades live using your software as it looks like I may be in positions that I have not taken.
The last picture is a screen shot of the NQ contract from yesterday 2018-11-05 (Mon) with the arrow pointing at the order entry arrow that I located which appears to be this fantom order which I did not enter.

Any help would be appreciated.
