Hello Support. I'm sorry to trouble you. I have read the material online however am still confused. If you could take a moment to assist me that would be fantastic. I activated a trial today including real time futures data. In my symbols list I can see Futures - Currencies however no other futures. My account control page shows that I need to Activate exchanges however I have selected the $5 trial and am not clear I should proceed to activate? Thanks in advance

Tell us what futures symbols you want real-time data for? I have updated Global Settings.The available contracts are the same. I was expecting to see the e-Mini bundle which includes CME, Nymex CBOT and associated futures, including for example the ES and CL. I seem only to have Futures- Currencies |

I think this may be the issue? Notice: To receive the real-time CME Group futures data at the reduced exchange fees, requires that Sierra Chart is directly connected to one of the following supported futures Trading services in Sierra Chart and that you have a Live funded account with them: TransAct/Infinity, Interactive Brokers, Rithmic, CTS T4, TT (Trading Technologies) FIX, TD Ameritrade, GAIN Capital (OEC Trader), or CQG. Otherwise, the charts will not update in real time. For additional information, refer to the Integration with Trading Services section on this page. I have set futures broker to do not have an account. |

Since my last ticket to you I have activated the Eurex exchange. I'm not seeing the associated symbols for that at this stage. Could you please assist? Thanks in advance

I'm sorry that this is not making sense to you. What I am trying to convey is that there appears to be only one Futures folder and that is for Currencies. The Eurex futures do not appear. (I have not activated CME/NYMEX etc yet so now understand why that is not appearing). Can you advise as to why i am not seeing other Futures symbol lists? See attached for screen shot of Available Symbols

Okay we should have realized you did not have the Service set correctly. You need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services. After you change that you will then see all of the different futures symbols listed. And also you do have to pay higher fees for the CME exchanges if you do not have a funded trading account with a supported Trading service: Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?: CME Exchange Fees for Professionals and Users Without a Supported Trading Account Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
