Okay we should have realized you did not have the Service set correctly. You need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services. After you change that you will then see all of the different futures symbols listed.

And also you do have to pay higher fees for the CME exchanges if you do not have a funded trading account with a supported Trading service:
