I think this may be the issue?

Notice: To receive the real-time CME Group futures data at the reduced exchange fees, requires that Sierra Chart is directly connected to one of the following supported futures Trading services in Sierra Chart and that you have a Live funded account with them: TransAct/Infinity, Interactive Brokers, Rithmic, CTS T4, TT (Trading Technologies) FIX, TD Ameritrade, GAIN Capital (OEC Trader), or CQG. Otherwise, the charts will not update in real time. For additional information, refer to the Integration with Trading Services section on this page.
