hi, somewhere there´s no connection. alredy contacted Amp, that´s their message:

this is becoming very confusing ,but we do show you enabled for SC-CTS on our end so you might need to contact SC ,it looks like for some reason you are not enabled on their end,this is why we want our clients enabled by us because we cant help you if you went elsewhere for connections

Sierra Chart puts no restrictions in on connectivity.

This is what we see regarding your CTS account:
Too many failed login attempts: Your tradername has been locked out. Please contact your firm administrator to reset the tradername
Can you tell AMP to get this unlocked and then we will look at the problem again.

Contact us as soon as you have them unlock it.
