hi, somewhere there´s no connection. alredy contacted Amp, that´s their message: this is becoming very confusing ,but we do show you enabled for SC-CTS on our end so you might need to contact SC ,it looks like for some reason you are not enabled on their end,this is why we want our clients enabled by us because we cant help you if you went elsewhere for connections
