Today after uploading the pre-release & looking like it fixed everything I found out the hard way by putting in 20 Contracts that all the problems with putting in trades is not fixed with Gain/OEC.

When I flattened my positions which should have canceled my targets for those positions of stop/stop & target limit for those contracts, some how SC changed the stop/stop & target limit to working orders of buy stops/markets & sell stop/market which I did not notice until my audible fills told me I was filled when I stepped away from my computer.

Therefore I was put in 20 contracts for a buy stop/market that I never placed & still had 20 contracts set as working orders.

I was in shock & immediately canceled causing me to loose part of what I had gained.

It was so crazy that it filled 7 buys & 13 sells & still had 20 working orders that were placed by this glitch.

Had to call trade desk & have them get me out of all working orders that were put in by this unfixed glitch!

Gain showed me proof that the working orders were placed from SC.

They also said that they notified SC 1 week before changing their symbols to include the 2 digit year prior to the change.

Unable to trade at all now using SC! So frustrated. Also after Gain/OEC updated their system to 2 digit I lost my targets that were placed on the contracts that were filled making me have to manually get out of those trades. Please advise.

The only possible technical issue that existed is that an open order entered outside of Sierra Chart or when using a symbol with a single digit year and then later updating, would not have displayed on the chart but you would certainly see them in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders. You can see them there and cancel them from there.

We think this is the source of the problem. The technical explanation you are providing cannot be correct as you explain it.

The other issue is that a Position line would not be displayed on the chart but you would see it in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions. Refer to:
Notice: Gain Capital Trade Position Reporting

, some how SC changed the stop/stop & target limit to working orders of buy stops/markets & sell stop/market which I did not notice until my audible fills told me I was filled when I stepped away from my computer.
For example this cannot be correct. This kind of condition cannot occur. What we think has happened is what we described above. So when you thought you were canceling orders when flattening the Position, the orders you could not see that had a single digit year did not get canceled. This would be the only explanation.

They also said that they notified SC 1 week before changing their symbols to include the 2 digit year prior to the change.
This is not true and actually what has happened is documented here:
Notice: Gain Capital Trade Position Reporting

Also after Gain/OEC updated their system to 2 digit I lost my targets that were placed on the contracts that were filled making me have to manually get out of those trades. Please advise.
Yes this can be the case of you not seeing them on the chart based upon what we described above.

Use the latest pre-release which is 1828, coming out now, and you will be fine. The latest revision of 1827 is also fine. Just be aware there could be some orders working that you do not see on the chart but you can see them in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders. We recommend canceling those and resubmitting them.

The most important thing is to check Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders And make sure all of your orders are there and as expected and the symbols have a two digit year.

It is always good to periodically check that window. And also check the OEC Trader software. This will give you backup in case there is any confusion.
