I just connected to CQG in SC. When I did I lost my data feed from SC. I have been trying to set up my Data feed from SC and trade through Optimus and AMP. What do I need to do?

This sounds like user error.

You should first verify that you have set everything up properly per the Setup Instructions:

I have looked at everything you have sent me and tried everything recommended. This is what I can see.
There is no M by the symbol.
I appear to be getting a live Forex feed on EURUSD.
What I need is S&P 500 cash, S&P 500 E mini, EURUSD to start, other symbols can come later.

A solution was found with Optimus. It was understood that the full CME package included the cash index. Apparently, It doesn't and we had to add the indices for an additional $3.25.
