SC not displaying live data (Gain Capital), even though it was working Friday

I have live data on my broker's platform (Stage 5) but the data is not updating on Sierra. Everything was working fine on Friday evening. No changes to my account, so I'm not sure what's going on.
When I first loaded Sierra, it gave me a FIX error: Symbol unknown. But I reloaded and verified it's the correct symbols on the indices, that are rolled over. Also, like I mentioned everything was working last trading day.

Thanks for any help.

Gain / OEC updated their symbols to now include the date in ## format (i.e. 2018 = 18 where it was just 8 before), they sent an email late last week about this change.

Perhaps the SC crew has yet to update their API connections to the OEC data feed for this change?

None that I know as the data API needs to be updated from what I understand. If you use another broker with a different data feed (CQG, Rithmic, TOS, etc) you can use that feed in the place of the OEC feed.

Ok, I figured out a solution. I switched to the SC All Data feed, and it seems to be working ....well, kind of, there's a delay

Ok, now the data seems to work, changing the symbol to include the 2 digit year. They must have fixed it.
However, I am not able to execute through Sierra Chart still.

We have not yet contacted Gain Capital about this, and we did not think that the FIX server was affected because they never told us about that but clearly it is.

Even if we did get an answer about this, it would take us a couple of days to implement a solution anyway. We will have this all solved by morning. A software update is going to be required and that will automatically update your symbols. And we will also put out a System Notification message about this.

For now you can change the symbol of the chart to two digits as explained here:
Changing the Symbol of a Chart

We also need to verify the historical data is going to be downloaded for two digit years. Possibly, but we need to see.

Hi one issue I have had since this update (1826) is with positions and P%L display on my Sierra DOM. When orders are filled the P%L column briefly displays but then disappears and my positions are not displayed. I'm using Trade Activity Log to keep track
