Support,

The Rithmic feed I use with SC appears to be down and I've heard it's down for others as well. I can log in to and use R | Trader, but no go on SC > Rithmic connection for data feed.

Please advise.

Agreed...my broker reports that Rithmic risk consoles are still running per usual so it looks to be Sierra specific

I'm having the same problem. Error as follows:

DTC Client socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2018-10-12 16:07:17 *
DTC Client socket (1) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2018-10-12 16:07:17

Sure would be nice to get some sort of update or comment from Sierra support. Is this a Rithmic issue or a Sierra issue?

This is not something we can solve from our side and from what we see Rithmic has totally the ability to solve this. We do not accept any transfer of the problem on to us from Rithmic. That makes no technical sense.

Connection working now. Maybe Rithmic tried turning it off and back on again.
