Historical chart constantly reloading

This is on version 1039 and SC Forex datafeed.

This is in the message log:

Reloading Historical chart for ^USDCHF because new session daily quote data is detected. | 2013-10-28 01:20:52

It does that for every symbol i have open, and does apparently not stop to spam these messages for every incoming tick.

Is this expected behaviour or is something wrong ?

We have discovered that this is a problem with the source data feed from FXCM and we are considering how to resolve it. The Daily high price keeps changing.

The first thing we are going to do is let them know about it and it may be just that they will need to fix it in order for this to get resolved.

We have communicated the problem to FXCM today.

So we would expect it to be resolved soon.

Are you seeing messages added to the Message Log indicating a Historical Daily chart is being reloaded?

My original problem from post #1 has gone away after a day or two.

Now i have these messages only like every few hours instead of constant messages. Not sure if this is by design or a bug. The message is:

It is not by design. The problem has to do with the Daily high and low changing during the day when they should not. We have an idea why that occurs, and we are waiting for a proper solution from FXCM to solve this for good.

In Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Historical Data Service Settings. Set the Historical Daily Data Download Time to 17:02 New York time. The actual setting you need to use is relative to the Time Zone setting you have in Sierra Chart. So you may have to adjust the time we gave.

At the end of the day today, there should be correct daily bar values for the most current bar as long as you have the download time set correctly.
