TD Ameritrade connection Problem

Apple Bootcamp Windows 7 32-bit. SC ran perfect for years. After install ver. 1809 TD Ameritrade connects / disconnects endlessly. Reinstalled previous version but problem persist. Web search no help. Edit - Screen Images no help. Will send Log on request.

We see no problem at all from our side. This looks like it is a TD Ameritrade server issue. We will have to contact them. Please understand, that we do not expect this to get resolved quickly. We really do not even know who to contact at TD Ameritrade about this.

Can confirm that I have the same connect/disconnect problem with my TD Ameritrade feed. It was working fine yesterday.

And it would appear it is a server side issue with TDA.

Note that TDA did a system wide upgrade over the weekend. So, this data feed problem may be a residual effect of the upgrade? Maybe.

Update:

I spoke to tech support at TDA and they provided me with the email address for their API team.

The tech support rep did say the API support team has grown. So, hopefully this problem can get resolved quickly.

Update No. 2:

I sent them an email explaining the problem and attached a copy of the message log from Sierra Chart. Hopefully, they'll respond today.

Same problem here.
It started on Saturday, got better Sunday through yesterday.
Broke again today.
Message sent to TD Ameritrade also.
Hoping for a speedy resolution.

Can you try the following.

Go to "File >> Data/Trade Service Settings".

Set Streamer Address Override to:
streamer-ext-bin-tx.tdameritrade.com

Reconnect the feed by selecting, File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect To Data Feed.

Let us know if this quick fix resolves the issue.

streamer-ext-bin-tx.tdameritrade.com

Reconnect the feed by selecting, File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect To Data Feed.

Did as you instructed.

And it did work for me. I have attached the message log after the reconnect and opening a chart for an equity symbol.

According to TD Ameritrade setting Streamer Address Override is no longer necessary. And we have verified that it is no longer necessary.

So you should remove the Streamer Address Override.

Update:

Logged back in tonight. And got the same previous connect/disconnect error messages.

Had to resort back to including the override.
