Can confirm that I have the same connect/disconnect problem with my TD Ameritrade feed. It was working fine yesterday.

And it would appear it is a server side issue with TDA.

Note that TDA did a system wide upgrade over the weekend. So, this data feed problem may be a residual effect of the upgrade? Maybe.

Update:

I spoke to tech support at TDA and they provided me with the email address for their API team.

The tech support rep did say the API support team has grown. So, hopefully this problem can get resolved quickly.

Update No. 2:

I sent them an email explaining the problem and attached a copy of the message log from Sierra Chart. Hopefully, they'll respond today.
