Hi, I connected again to my platform. data was disconnected?. I clicked for getting updated data but the graphs have been showing this (See attached snaspchot) for at least 15 mn. Can you help getting updfate data ? Tx

Close that particular Chartbook. Open just one chart and only one chart.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

And the problem is new : priice and studies are diaplayed again in some charts - but with Sep 18 contract thus frozen -, while other charts remain black/blank. See attached snapshot. Looking forward toyour help. Best.
