cannot log in

This is extremely frustrating

Tried logging in with what topstep gave me as log in instructions username etc as you suggested that does not work and when i use your log in info i cannot log in at all -------------

please advise,thanks

Your Sierra Data goes into the intial log in - b4 u see the platform

The log in info given to you by top step should be placed into the data trade servie settings - connection details. you should have password username from topstep, and the data service should match what u use with top step

ok but now when i use the log in for sierra i cannot log in at all where as this AM i had no problem

that worked but where were my orders from 10 23 on euro and es????
also this hsould be set to sim correct

We can see that you are successfully logged into Sierra Chart.

Are you connected to the data and trade Server? If File >> Connect To Data Feed is disabled, then you are connected.

In the case of Top Step Trader you must not be in Trade Simulation Mode in Sierra Chart. Refer to:
