Hi. I am running SC Version 1803. After I placed a live order earlier today, and then closed out of the live order, all the trade information appeared normally in the "Orders and Positions" Window. However, after approximately twelve minutes, all the trade information disappeared. When I closed Sierra Chart, and restarted it, the information reappeared as normal in the "Orders and Positions" Window, but, again, after approximately twelve minutes, it again disappeared. I tried again after first reverting back to earlier Sierra Chart versions... 1802, 1798, 1793... and the same problem happened. Is there a way to remedy this so that the trade information does not disappear? Thank you. Richard Cardenas

Non working orders are now automatically cleared from the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab.

You need to look at the Trade Activity Log for the historical activity. Not sure why a restart would cause the orders to reappear. Do they reappear when you select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service? Or reconnect to the data feed:

Hi. I was not aware that non-working orders are now automatically cleared, and yes, they do reappear when I select "Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service", so everything is working fine.
