Hello, please tell me is there way to decrease or set space between number bars columns?
Using Up/Down arrows mainly changes width of columns and a bit space between them.
I updated the app today and noted this.

Thank you

The only way to change the spacing is by using the tools you have already stated, among others (refer to: Working With Charts: Changing Bar Spacing )

We are not sure what the image you have provided is trying to display. If you feel that this is an incorrect display, then please attach your chart as a Chartbook to this thread using these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart

Hello again,
I attached a chart book with the study. Number bars don't display incorrect but just worse.
I also have found a screenshot (AsWas file) from previous versions (1781 and early) in order you to compare with what it is now (AsIs file).
The different is in that now the algorithm makes too much empty space between columns (and as I already wrote) when you try to narrow chart it mainly changes width of columns but not space between them so you get a lot of empty space with no information and thin columns with data. Please look at AsIs picture and note that the space between columns is almost equal the width of columns and no way to decrease this useless space not decreasing column width. If I am mistaken please open my chartbook and try to get view of NumberBar study like it was displayed before (AsWas picture).

An one think about NumberBars: It seems to me that automatic font size mode doesn't work (see attached in the next post picture). It always uses minimal font size from the study options but doesn't change font size according to a set range.

thank you
andrey

We see what you are saying in your chart image, but when we test your Chartbook this is what we see:

Update: We understand the reason for the problem. We are working on a solution.

In regards to the automatic font size with Numbers Bars, we do see that issue on the current release but we are not seeing it in our testing on our development system. So we are going to look into that some more.

We have implemented a workaround for what you see with the Numbers Bars spacing. In the next release (1804) there is a new Input at the bottom of the Numbers Bars settings named Spacing Adjustment Value. By default this is set to the minimum value for the spacing, so you should not have any issues regardless of the monitor you use.

You will find the documentation for this new input here:
Numbers Bars: Spacing Adjustment Value

Also, the automatic font has been fixed in the next release as well.
