The broker is Interactive Brokers. Trying to access the market data for the Deutsche Bank stock on IBIS (XETRA)

the symbol used as per SC documentations is:

DBK-STK-SMART/IBIS. I also tried DBK-STK-IBIS with no success.

However SC generates error message "unknown symbol". Why?

The full symbol description from IB is as follows:

it turned out to be market data permissions with IB for my account for that specific market data. However now a new issue appeared - I am getting less historical data in SC, then I can get in and see in IB TWS.

For NYSE stocks I see all data in SC as in IB TWS

For stocks (specifically DBK) on IBIS/XETRA I see only one year of historical chart data in SC, but 10 years in IB TWS. The SC logs say that the "HD" process will retrieve data for 1 years even though the SC chart is set to a) Historical Chart and b) the historical time period on the chart is set to 10 years

Note that I have FULL market data permissions and also trading permissions with IB for both NYSE and IBIS/XETRA

I have done that and also even deleted the files manually from Windows File Explorer to be 100% sure and then restarted SC - nothing managed to help

the log will be supplied shortly
