iqfeed data errors 'filtered'

charts arent updating. DTN assure me my feed is fine and shows im connected to SC on their end and data is flowing.

SC message log errors out constantly with 'error filtered for EXU18' Dec contract change doesnt change the errors.

I tried deleting the SCID file and start again, but still same errors occur.

I thought it was an error DTN IQFEED side because when i change the feed to 'SC data all services'
Data flows with no errors in the logfile.

Charts wont update realtime is the issue here.

Tried using 32bit and 64bit exe files but no change and also restarting system failed to fix the problem.

If its a data issue the only feed i want is the Eurex feed, so perhaps i should open a subscription with you for that. any suggestions on fixing this?

We do think there is some data error with the IQ Feed data causing if this if this is not something that you normally see. Or perhaps there could have been an abnormal amount of price movement with that symbol causing the problem. However, if you are not having the same issue with the Sierra Chart EUREX data for that particular market, then that would seem to be not the case.

The short-term solution is just to disable the error filtering:

Unless you have a specific need for IQ Feed we do think this would be a good idea.

I may have the same pb.

Something does not work anymore on SOME of my instances, but not all, with the real time update of charts of Sierra+IQFeed recently.
I tried to clean all my scid, load on one machine or multiple instances. But real time update seem to have a problem.
When opening SC T&S I see orders that seem to be garbage or coming from other markets. When opening the IQFeed T&S in parallel, it seems IQFeed tool does receive the right data.
I use IQFeed 6.0.0.5 with SC 1795.

FWIW : I had similar filitered erros. I rolled back to 1781 and it seems all my problems are solved.

I faced the same issue. I rolled back to 1794. Issue resolved.
