charts arent updating. DTN assure me my feed is fine and shows im connected to SC on their end and data is flowing.

SC message log errors out constantly with 'error filtered for EXU18' Dec contract change doesnt change the errors.

I tried deleting the SCID file and start again, but still same errors occur.

I thought it was an error DTN IQFEED side because when i change the feed to 'SC data all services'
Data flows with no errors in the logfile.

Charts wont update realtime is the issue here.

Tried using 32bit and 64bit exe files but no change and also restarting system failed to fix the problem.

If its a data issue the only feed i want is the Eurex feed, so perhaps i should open a subscription with you for that. any suggestions on fixing this?
