I have already posted & received a message about migrating lines. The answers were a little helpful but not a solution. also the drawings do not match up with my mouse. Even when I make drawing lines well to the left of right empty space they move on their own.

In regards to chart drawings moving, we cannot offer any further help other than what is explained here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails34.html

There is no further support we can provide in this regard. If you are looking for a solution for something which is impossible, then it is not going to happen.

If when you are drawing a chart drawing with a drawing tool, the endpoints of the line/drawing do not match up with your pointer, then this would be because there are repeating seconds in the chart. We will work on resolving this today or tomorrow.

i had a thought about this that might be an easy solution.. the drawing only moves when it cant anchor onto another data point, i was thinking if there was an "Add Anchor" option that can be added to the right click drawing menu that would add an anchor at the selected point and snap to the nearest data point without changing the chart drawing.

just a thought, i think it would be a good fix for this if it is possible

The lines in that image are not extending lines. As long as you do not re-download the data, change the timeframe of the bars, and the starting date-time in the chart does not change, those lines are not going to move relative to those bars.

Unless the bars that those lines are drawn on, change in some way, we see no reason why they would move.

Unless there is some problem we are not aware of.

We need to see before and after images showing the movement.

In almost all cases, the reason why chart drawings move is for one of the known reasons which we have no practical control over and is either impossible to solve.

it is for a known reason (end point in fill space) but i still think that if the "add anchor" is possible to add, this would be fixed..

The lines are moving because the endpoint or anchor point of the line is drawn into the fill space.

In this kind of case, what you need to do is use a Ray and set the endpoint on to an actual bar and not in the fill space. The line will then extend forward.
