[User Discussion] - Intermittent Blank Chart Window

One or more chart windows go blank, usually a while after opening SC, but sometimes the Chartbook will open with blank windows. The only option allowed is to remove the blank windows.
Multiple Study/Price Overlay, Study Subgraphs Add, and Study Subgraphs Multiply are being used in this Chartbook. Thinkorswim platform is also open.

After countless hours of working with SC and other charting platforms, I can honestly say: SC offers the most versatile and comprehensive chart software available. Thank you.

Very unusual to encounter a condition like this after a chart is open for a while. What can happen is initially the creation of a window could fail and that would be due to limitations in the Microsoft operating system. Not with Sierra Chart.

Not really sure what would be causing this. This is not something that we ever hear about. The only thing that we hear about sometimes is the failure to create a window due to the operating system.

Are there any new error messages in the Window >> Message Log at the time?
