Very unusual to encounter a condition like this after a chart is open for a while. What can happen is initially the creation of a window could fail and that would be due to limitations in the Microsoft operating system. Not with Sierra Chart.

Not really sure what would be causing this. This is not something that we ever hear about. The only thing that we hear about sometimes is the failure to create a window due to the operating system.

Are there any new error messages in the Window >> Message Log at the time?
