Charts not updating when

Hi,

I currently have started to pay for extra data through your sierra chart data feed service. I find if i have the box checked for "allow support for sierra chart data feeds' my normal charts stop updating. Im connected through Infinity/transact. Uncheck that box , diconnect reconnect and all works as should. Recheck...no go. Am i missing something? The M appears on the chart name when i have the box checked but the chart will not update in real time.

Everything looks fine in regards market data authorizations for your account.

When you have this issue as you described, follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
