Hey guys.. Im connecting to a live CQG account (Via Phillips) today to make Sierra My main charting platform. However when i come off the real time DEMO account and go into the LIVE CQG account with new login credentials it connects me but the live data does not come across. Only historical (loading the charts) but the DOM/Ladder is empty and the charts are still. I have tried both Web API and the FIX trading, but im getting the same error msg for both. Please see attached. I called CQG and they said they see im streaming live data and Phillips says im enabled on their end, so im not sure what the issue is. Please advise Thsnks Ryan |

I said this will be my main Charting platform, when in fact it will be my main Trading platform. ill be using it for both charting and execution. Please Help

Hello....and Sorry again for Clogging the support board. After further conversation with my clearing firm apparently after switching front ends from CTS to Sierra they had to Re-Apply what markets I wanted data for. This information does not carry over automatically. Phillips (clearing firm ) made it sound like this was something that i needed to enable on on the back end of Sierra but in all actuality it was a setting that they forgot to apply. After they enabled the markets i wanted i was able to get more than historical data and now im recieveing the live real time feed. Thanks again and sorry for clogging the support board. Yes we can see that was the case. That was clear from the chart image you posted.
