Hey guys.. Im connecting to a live CQG account (Via Phillips) today to make Sierra My main charting platform. However when i come off the real time DEMO account and go into the LIVE CQG account with new login credentials it connects me but the live data does not come across. Only historical (loading the charts) but the DOM/Ladder is empty and the charts are still. I have tried both Web API and the FIX trading, but im getting the same error msg for both. Please see attached. I called CQG and they said they see im streaming live data and Phillips says im enabled on their end, so im not sure what the issue is. Please advise Thsnks Ryan
