Hello....and Sorry again for Clogging the support board.

After further conversation with my clearing firm apparently after switching front ends from CTS to Sierra they had to Re-Apply what markets I wanted data for. This information does not carry over automatically. Phillips (clearing firm ) made it sound like this was something that i needed to enable on on the back end of Sierra but in all actuality it was a setting that they forgot to apply. After they enabled the markets i wanted i was able to get more than historical data and now im recieveing the live real time feed.
