Chartbook corrupted?

My sierrachart version 1784 was forced closed once. Now when I try to open SC, it tries to load my chartbook, the historical data shows this message "waiting to download historical data" and remains for a very long time. Any fix to this? Do I have to rebuild a new chartbook?

We do not think this is a Chartbook issue.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
