CQG Level 2 Quotes Not Displaying

Hi There,

I just changed FCMs from AMP to Phillip Capital. I have confirmed with Phillip that I am correctly setup for L2 quotes across CME, Eurex & HKFE. However the only market on which I receive L2 quotes is the ES. They have checked their setup of my account without finding any issues and asked that I contact SC support.

I have tested this on a fresh install of SC and even rolled back to the version I was using before switching FCMs. Can you please check and advise if there is anything that could cause this from SC?

Screenshots attached of DOM for ES and BP6. Also tested with many other markets on CME, Eurex and HKFE.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Thanks for your reply. This has been resolved on the CQG/Phillip side. Not 100% sure what the issue was.
