Thanks, XBTUSD worked better. Another question. The ETHXBT, BCHXBT etc. work fine with my Mboxwave indicators on daily timeframe, but when I put it on 4 hours and below the indicators malfunction. They work fine on all timeframes with XBTUSD. I have been in contact with him and was adviced to do a new installation of both Sierra and the indicators which I did. I don't think the issue lays there, since the developers indicators works 100% on all timeframes when I pick random symbols from bitfinex, bitstamp and poloniex or use XBTUSD from Bitmex. The only symbols giving these problems are all from Bitmex. Also as I pointed to in my last post the standard volume study which comes with Sierra also malfunctioned with the bitmex datafeed, here are examples with BCH from Bitmex and Bitfinex. The settings are identical. A new installation of Sierra Chart is completely unnecessary and does not help this case. Also as I pointed to in my last post the standard volume study which comes with Sierra also malfunctioned with the bitmex datafeed This is an incorrect conclusion and can never possibly be true.If the Volume data of whatever symbol is not what you expect, then do not use those symbols. We cannot provide further help with this and we are declining further support. So in other words, it is the Volume data of those symbols is not what you expect. It is what it is. Hi support, My volume profile does not work correctly on XRPZ18-BMEX. (But on XBTUSD-BMEX everything works well.) See the image please. Please, help! |
