A new installation of Sierra Chart is completely unnecessary and does not help this case.

Also as I pointed to in my last post the standard volume study which comes with Sierra also malfunctioned with the bitmex datafeed
This is an incorrect conclusion and can never possibly be true.

If the Volume data of whatever symbol is not what you expect, then do not use those symbols. We cannot provide further help with this and we are declining further support.

So in other words, it is the Volume data of those symbols is not what you expect. It is what it is. But Sierra Chart is accurately reporting the volume.
