I am connected to SC data, FX symbols data not coming through and downloaded data has a 10 minute delay.
This is the message:
HD Request # 35 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for GBPUSD. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: scfxcm | 2018-07-09 09:42:24

First perform an update of the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

And if that does not resolve the problem, then perform a Full Reset which is explained just below that section.

When you perform a full reset, there will be a backup of the XML symbol settings file. You can attach it here and we can look to see why there was a problem to begin with.

Yes, the symbols update solved it. I have attached the backup file

An "Update" or a "Full Reset"?

Your symbol settings file is also large. You would get some better performance on startup if you did a Full Reset but that is up to you because any symbol customizations would be lost but they would also still be contained in the backup file.

I just did an update. Might do a full reset later, but have input symbol commissions which I would lose, I guess.

Okay, we really then do not need to look at the existing file, if an update resolved it. Yes you would lose commissions if you did a full reset. No need to do that.

I have a similar problem where I have the following message displayed once I open an instance of SierraChart:

"Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for FESXH21_FUT_Eurex. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: eurex Username:xxx"

I am connected to "SC Futures Order Routing/Data [trading]". I am able to run another instance of SierraChart for symbols on the CME and CBOT without any issues. The problem arises only for symbols on Eurex where the feed is not coming in at all.

I have tried to update the symbol settings as mentioned above and also a full reset. I have also checked that all connections to Eurex is correctly paid for under Account Control Panel.

Same here. CME data works well, no data from EUREX.
I am running version 2226 and using SC Futures Order Routing/Data.
It worked fine yesterday.
