I have a similar problem where I have the following message displayed once I open an instance of SierraChart: "Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for FESXH21_FUT_Eurex. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: eurex Username:xxx" I am connected to "SC Futures Order Routing/Data [trading]". I am able to run another instance of SierraChart for symbols on the CME and CBOT without any issues. The problem arises only for symbols on Eurex where the feed is not coming in at all. I have tried to update the symbol settings as mentioned above and also a full reset. I have also checked that all connections to Eurex is correctly paid for under Account Control Panel.
