Related to the release of our new EUREX data feed:
New Upcoming EUREX Full Order Book Data Feed (Now Available!)

We had done a limited release of this EUREX data feed for Version 2227 or higher. This required us to enable the EUREX exchange on the Denali Exchange Data Feed for all users.

We did not realize at the time, that this would interrupt the EUREX exchange for those people subscribing to it through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This issue is now resolved. If you do not have EUREX data and you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed restart Sierra Chart now.

The problem will be resolved. If not, let us know.

This change also prevents the new EUREX data feed from being used on version 2227 or higher. If you are on that version, go back to 2226 by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. If you are already using 2227 and you are getting the new EUREX data feed, then just do not restart Sierra Chart and only take action until the end of the day. It is fine to do nothing at the moment if you are still receiving the EUREX data feed.

We do apologize for this issue. It is a major technical challenge and requires a lot of planning to release this data feed to users. Even though we have it, the release is difficult because of a diverse user group with all kinds of configurations and possibilities.

This is what makes our work very very difficult to put it lightly.

@SC:
With v2227 Eurex worked this morning (German Time).
Now it stopped.

Going back to v2226, also doesn't work.

If you need help to sort it out, you can contact me.
We have fully understanding for such a "go live event".

Regarding post #4, yes you will be able to use this EUREX data feed, once we work out the release plan.

Regarding post #5, you are not currently using the the EUREX exchange through what we call the "Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed". The interruption, affected those users and we had to get the service back to normal for them.

We did release it as part of the Denali data feed on version 2227, but had to withdraw that. So this new EUREX feed is currently unavailable until we work out the release plan today.

Is it possible to change the minimum filter on Market Order Column. Think it is currently set to 10. On some instruments, eg. FDAX, one would like to see orders below 10 as well. Maybe 5 or 7 or something...or allow the user to set this filter.

Yes we are going to lower this for the EUREX data feed. This will be out, before the end of the week.

As part of this change, I've noticed over 200 records in market depth, which is nice but at the same time now Dom Graph/Chart is all crammed up as you will notice in attached screenshot. Would it be possible to add a min/max filter under DOM Graph settings (eg. Exclude Size <= 2) in Advanced Settings 2 in Chart Settings window. Maybe a task for near future release.

To solve the problem in post #9, you need to just simply adjust the scale using Interactive Scale Range so there is no overlap:

Thanks, I am aware of using scaling and that's what I am doing at the moment, however the request still is to add a min/max filter under DOM Graph settings (eg. Exclude Size <= 2) in Advanced Settings 2 in Chart Settings window as an extra feature. It will just help the users to adjust the Dom graph as per there requirements.

Regarding post 69:
New Upcoming EUREX Full Order Book Data Feed (Now Available!)

Unfortunately EUREX doesn't work for me today:

My Settings:
1. I am on v2227
2. SC Data- All Services
3. Using Denali Exchange Data Feed, No exchanges active.
