Hello

I recently created an account with the futures broker AMP.

I chose the CTS T4 data feed and they sent me a username and password in order to login into the CTS website and sort out the datafeed and costs.

After I did that, I tried to connect Sierra Chart by choosing CTS T4 Fix trading in DTS, putting the CTS username and pass and AMP in the firm box (and live server).

Sierra Chart is stuck on reconnect (yellow color).

I later tried and made a CTS demo account through the link in your website and the demo connects and works fine.

I contacted CTS and their response is the following:

Your acct has access to Sierra and the setup looks correct. We also noticed you were able to sign into the website which tells us your password is correct. You will need to contact Sierra to troubleshoot it further.

Any idea on how to fix the problem with my live account?

Thanks
