hi
I am trying to remote the SC computer with Teamviewer but although I can control all windows features as a remote, I can not click on anything related to SC (nothing responding in SC)
do you have any idea how to solve this?

No we cannot help with this unless Sierra Chart is truly in a frozen state in which case refer to help topic 30:

We recommend using Windows Remote Desktop protocol instead. Not team viewer.
