Dear Support, Can you also please add support to the Interactive Brokers symbol of the Eurex Euro Stoxx Banks Index futures? Its IB symbol code is SX7E (the equivalent of the FAU18 of the Barchart symbol). Thank you. |

Dear Support, Can you please check the V2TX Interactive Brokers symbol when using the Sierrachart Datafeed? I'm using the 'Allow support for SC datafeed' and subscribed to EUREX Realtime, but when trying to open any chart or DOM for the given symbol (V2TX), I receive the IB error message: not subscribed to DTB, and no chart is displayed (Download Failed). I am not subscribed to any data at IB but using your realtime feed. When I am connected directly to the SC datafeed, all the charts and DOMs come up and update correctly for this product (for example DVG19) Thank you. |
