I would like to display TEXT on the chart. Specifically a Prefix + "UP" or "DOWN". The condition of the text could be the result of a "true" from an alert of another study. The ideal situation would be for the resulting text to appear in a Stationary Text box where font and size can be easily adjusted. Can this be done? |

Thanks for the reply BUT I don't see how this solves my issue. My desire is to have a series of conditions to designate if the Trend is UP or Down and reflect that fact in writing on the chart. Okay, thanks. There is so many studies that I wanted to make sure it would require programming before I decided to go down that route.

There might be a way using Text Display for Study in combination with Color Bar Based on Alert Condition. We just want to think about this a little.

This is working well, thank you. Would it be possible for you to make these two settings available to the "Text Display for Study From Chart" also please ? That makes a really easy way to display text on chart B (eg shorter term) using eg trend detection on chart A (longer term). Thanks in advance |
