Hi, I bought a 3 months level 5 subscription yesterday. I need to following connections - 1) Bitmex, 2) Thinkorswim, and 3) (through csv sheet with dde link) with a platform called Swordfish by a company called Estuary Solutions. I have the following issue at the moment: 1) Regarding Bitmex: Im not seeing bids and offers on the DOM screen - please see screenshot attached. It also seems that prices on sierra for .xbt-bmex is not updating the same time as Bitmex please see attached screenshots taken simultaneously. Please advise if i need to change settings etc? 2) Any advise on thinkorswim connection 3) Please let me know if something is wrong with the attached ".csv" file or where I can see an example. Or wether i can connect swordfish directly to sierra charts. Many thanks, Additionally the number bars study is not displaying anything for the xbt -bmex contract, im assuming bid and offer data is not being received from bitmex? 1. You are using the wrong symbol. You need to use XBTUSD-BMEX. Refer to: File Menu: Getting Symbols 2. Sierra Chart supports TD Ameritrade. Refer to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AmeriTrade.php 3. Sierra Chart cannot work with Excel files. It can work with text/CSV data though. Refer to: Text/CSV Data Format Sierra Chart definitely does not support Dynamic Data Exchange. That is so totally out of date and substandard. Beyond belief it is even still being used.
