A user of my custom studies is getting a "Caught exception in c_Chart::GraphDataForGraph" error message from one of the charts.
Non of the other users is experiencing this.
This user is working on a Mac with Parallels. Could it be related to this?

It could be related. If they are using Windows 10 we really cannot help with this if we cannot reproduce the issue and other users are not experiencing it. Most likely this is going to be a Windows 10 issue. What version of Sierra Chart are they using?

But, there are some changes in the way that graphics are handled in Sierra Chart, so make sure they update to the current version and we will have new releases in the coming weeks with additional related work which may work around the issue.

He is using Windows 7 on Mac with Parallels.
SC release 1758.
The chart that sends this error message doesn't have any custom study applied to it just a few regular SC studies.
He is the only Mac user that I've worked with so far so this issue is new to me....

At this point we are not really sure how we can help with this. There is a small possibility that there is a problem in 1758 causing this, but that would be rather unlikely and we do not have any other reports of this.

If this problem is within Sierra Chart itself, we expect it to be resolved in the coming days.

I am not using mac, rather plain w7-64 bit. I have been having problems on every chartbook today that contains TPO charts, usually more than 5 open when error occurs. The first several seem to alternate between TPO normal and TPO expanded. Attached is a .doc file with the brand new chartbook and the "FDAXM8 [CB] #6 | Caught exception in c_Chart::GraphDataForGraph. | 2018-06-08 17:18:49 *" error demonstrated as chart #6, 15m TPO is attempted to expand.

SCv1759

SC Platform is so good, thank you for your fine work.

In response to post #5 this is now resolved and we will have a new release out, 1761, in about five minutes.

This is not related to the original issue at the first post.
