If this problem is within Sierra Chart itself, we expect it to be resolved in the coming days.--post 4 I am not using mac, rather plain w7-64 bit. I have been having problems on every chartbook today that contains TPO charts, usually more than 5 open when error occurs. The first several seem to alternate between TPO normal and TPO expanded. Attached is a .doc file with the brand new chartbook and the "FDAXM8 [CB] #6 \| Caught exception in c_Chart::GraphDataForGraph. \| 2018-06-08 17:18:49 *" error demonstrated as chart #6, 15m TPO is attempted to expand.
