Is there any way to move along a chart and automatically the other charts move accordingly

The documentation for synchronization when using the Chart Values tool can be found here:

Just be aware that in order to actually move a chart and have the other charts move, you need to use the Global cursor option with the Chart Values tool. This is referenced in the documentation link given above.
