Hello,

This afternoon offers no longer appear for the CBOT futures symbol N1U. All other symbols are fine. Please advise.

We see this post is now hidden but there was a problem earlier and we acknowledge that. We need to know if you continue to see it again. If you do not see it after a few days reply back and say there has not been a problem with the market depth data since.

OK good. This tells us, that a software update was cause of the problem and we reverted it. So we are going to do some testing to find out what the problem is and resolve it before we do another update.

Hello,

Having an issue again today with N1U: prices in the DOM are 'sticking'...some orders still show from before the globex close today (90 minutes ago).

I have the latest version of SC and use SC data.

Please correct or advise. Thx

This has been resolved. The only explanation we have being that to our knowledge this is something that has not occurred since the last issue back in April, is that there was some amount of packet loss quite small though, on the Barchart network that probably led to this condition where some levels were not getting deleted because those delete messages were among the lost packets.

This week all quotes have been vanishing from N1U. The only thing that corrects it is installing the current version, but the quotes will vanish again after a few hours. Please correct or advise.

We have an idea why there is a problem. We think there was no initial snapshot market depth data for this symbol preventing the incremental updates from getting processed. We will implement a solution this evening. We cannot do anything at the moment for this. We do apologize for this.

Actually there is something you can do now. Just reconnect to the data feed because we are seeing market depth on one of the servers for this market:

I reconnected to the data feed, but it had the opposite effect (quotes were showing but disappeared after reconnect); however, the quotes showed up again when I restarted SC. I ran those same steps a second time and it produced the same results.
