Cannot add custom 3rd pty study

Hi Support, I subscribed to MboxWave Wyckoff Trading System and installed it last Friday. Worked perfectly as represented on SC. Shutdown computer and when restarted today would not work. Contacted 3rd pty developer and his response is below together with my email to him(the attachments to my email to him are attached to this email to you so we are on the same page): "Probably a Sierra issue. What build are you running? Maybe you need to roll back to a previous build. The indicators don't decide if they are loadable or not.
