Hi,
I have a paid feed from Sierra. I just downloaded the new version from Sierra and my custom dll studies are NOT loading.
Also, on my charts it no longer shows the word [M], which previously would show, now it is showing [CV-D].

Can you please help me. My trading is stopped because of this issue today.

ok, after restarting the software one more time, the charts are UP.

But, why are the charts showing [CV-D][M] on the header. Earlier it would show only [M] symbol. What does it mean ?

In regards to custom studies, you need to use the 32-bit version of Sierra Chart. Run Sierra Chart from the desktop icon and do not use the one with _64 in it.

It sounds like it just took some time for the market data authorizations to go into effect and for Sierra Chart to receive them. But that should not take any longer than five minutes.

In regards to [CV-D]. Refer to:

Thank you. I don't get the first point. All I have on desktop is Sierra Chart Icon, that's it. Where do I see the _64 bit option ?

I think I got it. My desktop icon actually launches the 32 bit version only. I right clicked and checked.

So, I think we are good.

Will CV-D make a differnce from just having C (as I have previously) ?

You should not see the -D.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After that is done, go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
