Hi, Is there a way to automatically plot a chart based on the P/L figures in the trading stats I'd like to plot : 1. Cumulative P/L (i.e. account balance against time) 2. The (10,25,50) moving average of 1. The reason being is I want to see my performance against a moving average, so I can visually see good and bad periods Thanks |

Use the Trading: Closed Profit/Loss study to plot the P/L versus time. Then add a Moving Average study that references the data in the Closed Profit/Loss study. The Simple Moving Average is referenced below, but you can use whichever Moving Average you like. The documentation for the available studies can be found here: Technical Studies Reference The documentation for how to add studies to the chart can be found here: Chart Studies: Adding/Modifying Chart Studies The documentation for the Trading: Closed Profit/Loss study can be found here: Trading Information Windows: Trade Data Studies The documentation for the Simple Moving Average can be found here: Moving Average - Simple For instructions how to base a moving average on another study, refer to: Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Based On - Basing a Study on Another Study Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
