One account using a Rithmic feed on 2 computers

In the past I have been able to login simultaneously on 2 computers into 1 account using a Rithmic data feed connection. Currently I am not able to do so. Can you help?

I am able to login into both Sierra charting software platforms. However as soon as one of them connects to the Rithmic data feed the other one can not connect. This suddenly happened today. Just yesterday both sierra platforms were able to connect to the Rithmic feed with the same login info simultaneously.

You need to contact your broker about this. If they cannot solve this, then we suspect the CME is to blame here.
