Charts appear on a different chartbook

Hi,
I have 3 chartbooks opened with several charts in each chartbook.
Each chartbook contains detached charts and non detached charts.
From time to time i see that a chart appears in a different chartbook from where it belongs..
It is always a detached chart..

Can you please fix this ?

This is something you need to solve.

You must have enabled this for the chart window:
Window and CW Menus: Window Always Visible (Window)

We really do not think there is a problem we would need to resolve. It is not something we would even consider. We have never known there to be an issue like this.

Make sure this is disabled for all charts:

Window and CW Menus: Window Always Visible (Window)

While this is probably not related, make sure this is disabled:
General Settings Window: Destroy Chart Windows when Hidden (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI)

And restart Sierra Chart after.

Everything you asked to be disabled was already disabled.
Problem has been seen again..
It is ok if you won't fix it because it is a minor annoyance.

There is nothing for us to fix from our side. If indeed the problem is as you describe, it must be operating system level problem on your side. We have no ability to resolve that. This is something for Microsoft to resolve.


However, we have never heard of any known instance like this ever from any other user in the history of Sierra Chart.
