We really do not think there is a problem we would need to resolve. It is not something we would even consider. We have never known there to be an issue like this. Make sure this is disabled for all charts: Window and CW Menus: Window Always Visible (Window) While this is probably not related, make sure this is disabled: General Settings Window: Destroy Chart Windows when Hidden (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI) And restart Sierra Chart after.
