Is coffee (KC) supported for historical intraday download?

I have package 3 and I have been able to get historical intraday data for other symbols. Here's what I do: file/find symbol/long-term historical chart symbols/KC#/open intraday chart. SC acts like it's downloading but nothing appears in chart. I have also tried file/find symbol/futures/KCZ3/open intraday chart and that does the same thing - blank chart. Thanks for any help. For ICE you need to use the service named "SC Historical Data": http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html In the first quarter of next year we should have an option available for probably about 20 USD a month which will give you 10 to 30 minute delayed CME and ICE historical Intraday tick by tick data.
